This forged steel swivel and rebar snap hook combo from Skylotec provides a reliable tie-off or positioning option for at height workers. The H146 is a rebar or pelican hook with a 2 1/4 inch gate opening which swivels to keep from binding. This positioning tool meets or exceeds OSHA and ANSI fall safety standards. The rebar hook on the H-146 can be connected to a steel spreader hook with a carabiner to provide rock-solid positioning attachment options while working at height.
